Dear Friends in Christ,

The weekend of August 6-7 a second collection will be taken up for the SEMINARY BURSE FUND. This fund assists the Archdiocese through an endowment that supports the tuition costs of educating our future priests.

I thank you in advance for your continued generosity to the Burse fund either by your donation at the time of the second collection or via this link give.adomdevelopment.org/seminarybursefund.

The collection is timed to take place on or near the feast of St. John Mary Vianney, the Cure d’Ars, patron saint of the diocesan clergy. Like St. John Vianney, we pray that our priests and our future priests model their lives on his heroic virtue and give themselves totally to the service of the Gospel and the pastoral care of souls. El fin de semana del 6 y 7 de agosto se realizara una segunda colecta para la recaudacién de fondos para el Seminario. Este fondo ayuda a la Arquidiécesis a través de una capitalizacién que ayuda con los costos de matricula para educar a nuestros futuros sacerdotes.

Les agradezco de antemano su continua generosidad para este fondo, ya sea mediante su donacién en el momento de la segunda colecta, a través de este enlace give.adomdevelopment.org/seminarybursefund.

La colecta esta programada para tomar lugar en, o cerca de la fiesta de San Juan Maria Vianney, el Cura de Ars, santo patron del clero diocesano. Al igual que San Juan Vianney, oramos para que nuestros sacerdotes, y nuestros futuros sacerdotes, modelen sus vidas en su virtud heroica y se entreguen totalmente al servicio del Evangelio y al cuidado pastoral de las almas.

Nuevamente les agradezco su generosidad al contribuir con esta colecta y les pido sus oraciones para que muchos jovenes en nuestra Arquididécesis adopten una vocacion de servicio a la Iglesia al responder al llamado del sacerdocio 0 a la vida religiosa.
